As a customer, you are responsible for submitting print-ready files (resolution of 350 dpi, CMYK color mode, correct bleed, etc.). For print-ready files, please read  “How to Prepare File“. Business Cards Cypress will only correct errors of improper cutting, print quality, color, print shift, and printing delays to ensure that you are satisfied with your final product.
